1-TO-1 FACE YOGA FLOW
This face workout is specifically for those with acne and sensitive skin (conditions such as eczema, rosacea, psoriasis). This will focus on static face yoga exercises to activate your facial muscles, as well as gentle lymphatic drainage.
What it includes:

1. INITIAL SESSION - 45 mins
Prep: We will discuss the face workout routine I have prepared for you, and also discuss any areas of concern on your skin that you'd like to focus on.
Stretches: We will start with a few neck stretches and warming up your face oil to get your skin ready.
Warm up: We will continue with some breathing exercises and lymphatic drainage massage to detoxify + release any unwanted toxins. This will wake up your facial muscles, stimulate blood circulation on your face, and encourage oxygen + nutrients to feed into your skin.
Face Yoga Flow: You will be guided through a sequence of static face yoga exercises and facial muscle resistance to activate your facial muscles and encourage more blood flow into your skin.
Cool down: We will end with breathing exercises, face acupressure and face relaxation.
2. FOLLOW-UP SESSION - 30 mins
During this call, we will go over your customized face yoga routine again to make sure you have proper face form and technique. You will also be given guidance on proper skincare/skin health, and answer any remaining questions you have. This call will be booked after a week or so of practicing the face yoga exercises that were taught to you so that you have time to familiarize yourself with the different face exercises.
You will receive a copy of the recording from our initial session to help you practice everyday. You will have access to this for one month.
STAY CONSISTENT. Just like a regular workout for your body, you must also workout and activate your facial muscles on a regular basis to achieve the best results. Recommended to book every 1-2 weeks.
