Your appointments are very important to us. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. In the event that we do not receive the required 48-hour notice for adjustments and cancellations, a $20 late fee that will be charged on your next appointment.
We have always adhered to a strict hygiene policy. However, we will be taking extra steps due to COVID-19 to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. If you are sick, have a cough or fever, been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or travelled within two weeks of your appointment, we ask that you reschedule.
The cancellation fee due to illness will be waived, however you must notify us.
We strive to accommodate all our clients to the best of our ability. Please ensure we have your most up to date contact information. We are taking all necessary precautions to provide clients and staff a safe and healthy environment.

ARRIVING LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS
Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Late arrivals will result in your service(s) being customized to fit the remaining appointment time.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL & TEXT MESSAGES
As a courtesy, we will send out an email or text message to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment therefore all our appointments are confirmed 24 hours prior via email for your convenience. Please ensure that we have your current cell phone and email address on file in order to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us service our clients better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.
